2.2 TikTok Account Data

When you connect your TikTok account, we receive access tokens and basic profile information (username, display name) necessary to upload video drafts on your behalf. We do not access your TikTok follower list, messages, or private data.

2.3 Automatically Collected Data

• Usage logs (pages visited, features used, timestamps)
• Device type and browser information
• IP address (used for security and fraud prevention only)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Service
• To generate AI-powered content on your behalf
• To upload video drafts to TikTok when you request it
• To send service-related notifications via Telegram bot (if connected)
• To analyze aggregate usage patterns for product improvement

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• TikTok: As required to fulfill API-based video upload requests
• Google Cloud: For infrastructure and storage (data processed in accordance with Google Cloud's Data Processing Terms)
• Anthropic / Claude API: Content text is sent for AI generation; no personal identifiers are included
• Law enforcement: When required by applicable law

5. TikTok OAuth Token Storage

TikTok access tokens are stored securely in Google Cloud Storage with restricted access. Tokens are used exclusively to upload video drafts you initiate and are never shared with third parties. You can revoke access at any time from your TikTok account settings or by disconnecting within StyleAgent.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Video files uploaded for analysis are deleted within 24 hours. You may request deletion of your account data at any time.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage, HTTPS, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
• Object to certain processing activities

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
